TFSyntax

TFSyntax is an open access and comprehensive database of transcription factors (TFs) binding syntax in mammalian genomes. It mainly focuses on the rules how TFs bind to enhancers with the context of other partners and how TFs cooperate with each other. Besides genome-wide TF binding profile, TFSyntax also presents the TF binding syntax in terms of TF positional preference, density preference and TF colocalization map within regulatory elements.TFSyntax是一款开源且全面的哺乳动物基因组转录因子（Transcription Factors, TFs）结合语法数据库。其核心研究方向为：转录因子在其他结合伴侣因子存在的语境下结合增强子（Enhancer）的规则，以及转录因子之间的相互协作模式。除涵盖全基因组转录因子结合谱外，TFSyntax还从转录因子位置偏好性、密度偏好性以及调控元件内转录因子共定位图谱等多个维度，呈现了转录因子结合语法的相关特征。
