Illumina sequencing data for composite letter DNA storage

This dataset supports the study titled "DNA Diamond: A Decomposable Composite Letter Constellation Model for DNA Data Storage". For composite letter DNA data storage, we developed an information theoretical model to achieve low coverage and reliable data readout. A decomposable constellation model was formulated, named DNA diamond. Based on this model, we proposed a robust two-stage detection approach using set partitioning.
