Prognostic analysis and biomarkers identification of immune infiltration in early and late stage hepatocellular carcinoma based on TCGA data

In this study, eight human liver cancer tissue samples were collected, four from patients with early-stage liver cancer and four from patients with advanced liver cancer. The changes of mRNA and miRNA transcript levels of target genes in tissue samples from patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were detected by SYBR GreenⅠReal Time PCR method.
