Global phosphoproteome and transcriptome integration of Chlamydia trachomatis infection

Gene expression profiles of RNA extracted at 24 or 48h from End1 cells infected with Chlamydia trachomatis or uninfected controls. This experiment forms part of the analysis of phosphoproteome changes after C.trachomatis infection. End1 cells were cultured as described in the accompanying publication. 2 biological replicates of the uninfected and C.trachomatis infected cells were generated. Total RNA was extracted from samples at 24h or 48h post infection and hybridized on Agilent-8x60k Human custom arrays as dual-color hybridizations with dye-swap technical replicates.
