Genetic mechanisms of osmoregulation during migration accompanied with salinity changes in aquatic crustaceans is still blurred. In this project, we simulated two migration process and compared the expression profiles of gill tissues among the two-migration processes for E. sinensis to reveal the physiological changes and to illustrate the genetic regulatory patterns of osmoregulation involved.
