CAND1 regulates lipid metabolism and its overexpression correlates to HCC, but the underlying molecular mechanism is not yet clearly defined. The aim of the study was to evaluate the oncogenic potential of CAND1 in HCC model cell lines.Using microarrays we evaluated the transcriptome changes induced by knockdown of CAND1.
