Attached files:
* Variables_Codebook.xlsx describes all the variables used in the data analysis.
* MMUD_readytouse.dta contains the data in stata format.
* MMUD_readytouse.csv contains the data in comma separated value format, readable with most spreadsheets.
* MMUD_project.stpr is the stata project for replicating all the analysis in the paper.
* MMUD_main.do is the do-file for replication of the data analysis.

Replication:
* Open the stata project (MMUD_project.stpr)
* Select MMUD_main.do
* The do file follows the chronology of the paper.
* MMUD_main.do replicates all analysis from the paper. In particular:
- It creates the database MMUD_main.dta used of the analysis,
- It reproduces the figures presented in the paper and save them to the folder …\graphs in stata graphic format (.gph)
- It reproduces the regression tables presented in the paper and save them to the folder …\tables in latex format (.tex)
