We analyzed gene expression in lung tissue from <em>Calca+</em>/- and WT rats using RNA-seq, and subsequent Gene Ontology (GO) analysis showed that nucleus and cytoplasm expression pathways were significantly enriched in <em>Calca</em>+/- rats compared to WT, indicating that αCGRP deficiency may induce specific proteins target intranuclear and cytoplasmic migration

我们采用RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术,对<em>Calca+</em>/-与野生型(Wild Type, WT)大鼠的肺组织基因表达水平展开分析。后续的基因本体论(Gene Ontology, GO)分析结果显示,相较于野生型大鼠,<em>Calca</em>+/-大鼠中与细胞核及细胞质相关的表达通路显著富集,这表明α降钙素基因相关肽(α-calcitonin gene-related peptide, αCGRP)的缺失可能会诱导特定蛋白靶向细胞核与细胞质的迁移。
