This study was focused on studying the impact of wildfires upon soil microbial communities located in differents vegetation types of Códoba, Argentina. The samples here correspond to three vegetation type (Forest, Shrubland and Grassland), three sampling sites (Falda del Carmen, Las Jarillas and Alta Gracia) and two fire conditions (Burned and Unburned). V3-V4 regions of 16S RNAr gene were sequenced using Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
