Number of SME employees in Luxembourg 2008-2023

SMEs in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg employed over 200,000 people in 2023, a figure largely made up companies with 50 to 249 employees. To compare, the number of people in Luxembourg who were employed in 2018 was around 290,000. One should note, however, that the figures provided here do not include SMEs in finance or agriculture.
