This report describes exploration activities conducted over EPM27956 in 8 relinquished sub blocks from the grant date 21 June 2022 to the date of relinquishment on 2 July 2025 as an offset from EPM27317. EPM27956 is located 70 km west of Gladstone in central Queensland. It is adjacent to the Briggs deposit, an advanced porphyry copper and molybdenum project with potential for a large tonnage, low grade open cut development. The title is held and operated by Alma Metals Australia Pty Ltd. Alma Metals acquired the project in July 2024 from the previous holder, TropEx Metals Pty Ltd.

EPM27956 was incorporated into the Briggs Copper Project on 6 May 2025 and is one of six EPMs which constitutes this project PROJ 0311. Exploration and assessment of the Briggs Copper Project is being funded by Alma Metals Limited. the parent of Alma Metals Australia Pty Ltd under an Earn In Joint Venture agreement with Canterbury Resources Limited under which Alma can reach 70 percent JV interest. During the reporting period, desktop studies and reviews of regional geological and geophysical data, and of publicly available regional stream sediment survey data were completed. No targets worthy of follow up on the relinquished sub blocks were identified during these activities, and no ground disturbing activities were undertaken on the relinquished sub blocks.
