Measure and Responsibility as Foundations of Sustainable Civilizational Development

Mechanism of Stability and Balance of Civilizational Systems The work is devoted to the development of a methodological foundation that unites ethics, logic, and physics into a single mechanism of stability. Ethics is defined as awareness and responsibility, measure — as the synthesis of logic, ethics, and physics. Together they form balance, which becomes the condition of self-reproduction and self-sustainability of any system — physical, biological, or social. At the core of the approach lies the axiom: children represent the highest value and potential of humanity. Any model that does not fix this principle leads to degradation and fragmentation. The work formulates 7 axioms and 18 directives, which form the systemic foundation of civilizational goal-setting. The axioms set the resonant framework of stability on different scales, and the directives translate philosophical principles into systemic practice. The material emphasizes conceptual, ethical, and systemic principles, without disclosing closed mathematical or technical models.
