ROI time series data and phenotypic data of the preprocessed COBRE dataset

The data we uploaded included scanned parameters, population phenotypes, and preprocessed ROI time series data from the COBRE dataset. Among them, the ROI time series data were further divided into those extracted using the 100 brain regions template and those extracted using the 300 brain regions template. The ROI datasets corresponding to the two templates include data on a total of 145 subjects, including 74 healthy individuals and 71 schizophrenic patients, with the removal of two dropouts and one subject with missing time points.
