Transcriptome of Kluyveromyces marxianus strains CBS397 and NBRC 1777 growing on whey permeate with different nitrogen conditions

The yeast Kluyveromyces marxianus (strains CBS 397 and NBRC 1777) was grown on the industrial substrate whey permeate, with (WPT) or without (WP) supplementation with tryptone and transcriptome analysis was performed. The data are three setsof pairwise comparison tables. 1. K. marxianus CBS 397 growing on Whey Permeate Tryptone in early exponential phase compared to Whey Permeate (WPT vs WP),;2. K. marxianus CBS 397 vs K. marxianus NBRC 1777 in early exponential phase on WPT (CBS397 vs NBRC1777); 3. K. marxianus CBS 397 on WPT in early exponential vs Stationary phase.
