Data for "Pathologist-like explainable AI for interpretable Gleason grading in prostate cancer", containing labels localizing histologic patterns relevant for Gleason Grading for 1,015 TMA core images of the Gleason 2019 Challenge (1), the Arvaniti et al. Harvard Dataverse dataset (2), and the TissueArray.com dataset, and containing the TissueArray.com TMA core images.
For reproduction, the label hierarchy as well as the weights of the models trained during the development of the GleasonXAI are also made available.
