Transcriptomic Analysis of Human Epidermal Keratinocytes Stimulated with TWEAK, TNF and IL-17A

Here, we identified psoriasis-associated genes upregulated by TWEAK stimulation, alone or in combination with either TNF or IL-17, in human keratinocytes. Human epidermal keratinocytes were treated with human TWEAK, IL-17A, or TNF, alone, or TWEAK in combination with IL-17A or TNF, and analyzed by RNA-seq.
