Parameters starting with b are transmission rates used in the model. bP2P is the within bay transmission rate between patients. bP2P_hosp is the indirect between patient hospital transmission rate. bH2P is the healthcare worker to patient transmission rate. bP2H is the transmission probability from patients to healthcare workers per timestep. bH2H is transmission probability from healthcare workers to other healthcare workers per timestep. bH2H_hosp is the indirect between healthcare worker hospital transmission rate. commScale is the scale of community acquisition rate for HCWs.
