A pathway for amygdala TMS neuromodulation

This dataset contains all data necessary to evaluate the findings presented in \"Cortical-subcortical structural connections support transcranial magnetic stimulation engagement of the amygdala\". The data in Sydnor2022_ZAPR01_Amygdala_TMSfMRIdMRI.tab can be used to perform all statistics and generate all plots; a guide to statistics implementation and figure generation is provided at https://pennlinc.github.io/ZAPR01_dMRI_TMSfMRI/. A data dictionary describing each column in the dataset is additionally included.
