GRANT APPLICATION FORM – Resilient Broward Grant Program

In March 2025, Broward County completed the County-wide Risk Assessment and Resilience Plan—Resilient Broward—developed in collaboration with local partners and water management agencies. The Plan identifies targeted adaptation strategies addressing sea level rise, increased rainfall intensity, and storm surge impacts affecting Broward County communities. On April 28, 2026, the Broward County Commission approved $20 million to accelerate priority stormwater conveyance projects identified in the Resilient Broward Plan. The Resilient Broward Grant Program supports these efforts by offering up to 25% cost share for eligible projects, with a long-term target of achieving a 5:1 leveraging of County investment over 15 years.
