Parkinsonia aculeata - demography data

This is the data set and code associated with the manuscript:\nPichancourt, J-B., van Klinken, R.D. and Raghu, S. 2019. Understanding the limits to species-wide demographic generalizations: the ecology and management of Parkinsonia aculeata. Ecosphere 10: e02746. doi: 10.1002/ecs2.2746\n\nThe data in the Excel file is the matrix elements corresponding to a 12x12 stage-based population matrix; there are two tabs, once containing the mean value and the other the standard deviation of each matrix element based on a bootstrap analysis.\n\nThe zip file contains the code used to analyse the data and generate the Figures in the manuscript.\nLineage: This data set was collected from fieldwork done between 2000 and 2007 as part on long-term research undertaken by CSIRO on projects funded by the Australian Federal Government and Meat & Livestock Australia. Many staff from the Northern Territory ‘Weeds Branch’, Western Australian Department of Agriculture, Western Australian Department of Environment and Conservation, Queensland Department of Agriculture and Fisheries and CSIRO who assisted in the extensive field work and follow-up work, especially Andrew White, Bert Lukitsch, Allan Thompson, Noel Wilson, Tracey Vinnicombe and John McKenzie.
