The repository contains starting data used to replicate the analyses described in the manuscript as well as supplemental tables and figures from the manuscript. Starting data: wild_cranberry_phased_genotypes.vcf.gz - A VCF file of phased and imputed SNP marker genotypes for the wild cranberry accessions used in the study. wild_cranberry_phased_genotypes.vcf.gz - A VCF file of unphased and unimputed SNP marker genotypes for the wild cranberry accessions used in the study. population_metadata_public.csv - Metadata including accession name and origin location.
