Endophytic bacteria was isolated from banana plant and identified as Xanthomonas sacchari (Xs). It potentially has antifungal activity against fusarium wilt. Study was carried through genomic and metabolomic analysis to identify antifungal biosynthesis gene cluster and metabolites that was produced.
