This dataset contains the processed data and original analysis code associated with the research paper "A Lactylation-Driven Post-Translational Enzyme Code Defines Microglial Functional Heterogeneity After Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury". The raw sequencing data is available at GEO under accession number GSEXXXXX.Data description:The dataset includes: 1) Seurat objects (.rds) containing processed single-cell transcriptomics data from GSE174574 and GSE227651, with PTM module scores and H3K9la target module scores. 2) BigWig files (.bw) for H3K9la ChIP-seq tracks for IGV visualization. 3) Peak files (.bed) from MACS2, including OGD-specific, Normal-specific, and common peaks. 4) A list of 5,175 OGD-specific H3K9la target genes (OGD_unique_target_genes.txt).Methods:ChIP-seq reads were trimmed with Cutadapt v4.4 and aligned to the mm10 genome using Bowtie2 v2.5.5. PCR duplicates were removed with SAMtools v1.23.1. Peaks were called with MACS2 v2.2.9.1. Single-cell data were processed with Seurat v5.0.3. The code to reproduce all analyses is provided in the "03_Code" directory.
