Replication Data for: Free-Riding Product Returns to Drive Profits

This dataset accompanies the replication materials for the article “Free-Riding Product Returns to Drive Profits.” The original customer-level data are protected under a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) and cannot be shared. An Alternative Disclosure Plan approved by the JM Coeditor specifies that: (i) a synthetic dataset is provided for replication and code testing, (ii) raw operational and marketing data remain confidential, (iii) online experiment materials and data are provided in anonymized form. All uploaded files are restricted in accordance with the NDA and JM’s Policy for Research Transparency.
