European mistletoe parasites share a similar demographic strategy to free-living plants

Data and code for "Individual heterogeneity drives a plant macroparasite's life history". host_metadata_raw.csv = raw host metadata, including tree species, individual ID, height mistletoe_data_raw.csv = raw mistletoe demographic data, plus mistletoe height and extra observations Silwood_Mistletoe_Regressions_IPM.R = R script to perform vital rate regressions on mistletoe demographic data and construct an integral projection model. Requires host_metadata_raw.csv and mistletoe_data_raw.csv as input files. Silwood_Mistletoe_PCA.R = R script to perform principal component analysis of life history traits from 493 plants, including using the life history traits extracted from the mistletoe IPM. Requires Silwood_Mistletoe_Regressions_IPM.R to be run first.
