THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LESSON PLAN DEVELOPMENT BASED ON STRATEGIC COMPETENCE

In the modern education system, the professional capacity of a teacher is increasingly measured by the ability to address ever more complex pedagogical challenges. This article provides a comprehensive examination of the theoretical foundations and practical effectiveness of developing lesson plans based on strategic competence. The study analyzes the structural components of strategic competence, its influence on the lesson design process, and the ways in which it differs from traditional planning models. The article also presents the core principles, practical steps, and evaluation criteria used in constructing effective lesson plans. Based on observations and scholarly sources, it is concluded that lessons designed with strategic competence in mind enhance students’ intrinsic motivation for learning, develop independent thinking skills, and significantly improve educational outcomes.
