Red raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.) is a common fruit worldwide. Here we report a 321.29 Mb draft genome of red raspberry(DNS-1) and 29,814 predicted genes, 1,112 predicted miRNA，48 predicted rRNA，636 predicted tRNA. The aim of this study represents a valuable resource for improving and understanding Rubus idaeus L. in the future.
