Content Below, you can find the following ZIP folders: Figures: PDF files of all figures used in the associated paper (arXiv:2602.06115). Plotting code, consisting of the main Jupyter notebook file and 3 python helper scripts for the reading in of the various MCMC and nested sampling chains. Snapshot of the development branch of anesthetic used for post-processing and plotting. 5 ZIP folders with the MCMC and nested sampling chains: one folder for each cosmology (LCDM, LCDM+Mnu, LCDM+OmegaK, wCDM, w0waCDM). Plotting code The python helper scripts are only there to read in the MCMC and nested sampling chains into NestedResults objects called for example s_t4eLbHl4D2PP_L0, where s_ stands for "samples", t4eLbHl4D2PP is a string of 6 letter pairs standing for: low multipole TT likelihood: __ (none), t3 (Commander), t4 (also Commander), low multipole EE likelihood: __, e3 (SimAll), eL (Lollipop), high multipole TTTEEE likelihood: __, P3 (Plik), CS (CamSpec PR4), bH (binned Hillipop), BAO likelihood: 12 (SDSS DR12), 16 (SDSS DR16), D2 (DESI DR2), SN likelihood: D5 (DES year 5), PP (Pantheon Plus), U3 (Union 3), also HF and HR for H0 likliood from Freedman or Riess respectively, and finally the ending _L0 indicates the cosmological models: L0: LCDM, d3: LCDM+Mnu (with 3 degenerate neutrino masses), OK: LCDM+OmegaK (with non-zero spatial curvature), w0: wCDM (with constant dark energy), wa: w0waCDM (with dynamic dark energy). MCMC and nested sampling chains The sampling chains are separated by cosmological model into 5 ZIP folders. The fileroot for each chains consists of: A prefix (separated by a double underscore __): MCMC, CPPC3d1000, or CPPC5d2000, corresponding to an MCMC chain, or a nested sampling chain with either nrepeat=3d, nlive=1000 or nrepeat=5d, nlive=2000, respectively. A suffix (also separated by a double underscore __) signals the cosmological model: LCDM, LCDM_Mnu-d3, LCDM_OmegaK, wCDM, w0waCDM. The middle section identifies the combination of liklihoods, separated by a single underscore _: lowlTT-PR3: Planck low multipole Commander TT likelihood (this is the PLA version). lowlTT-PR4: Planck low multipole Commander TT likelihood (this is the python re-write in Cobaya). lowlEE-PR3: Planck low multipole PR3 SimAll EE likelihood. lowlEE-LP: Planck low multipole PR4 Lollipop EE likelihood. TTTEEE-PR3: Planck high multipole PR3 Plik TTTEEE likelihood. TTTEEE-CS4: Planck high multipole PR4 CamSpec TTTEEE likelihood. TTTEEE-HPbin: Planck high multipole PR4 binned Hillipop TTTEEE likelihood. lensing-PR3: Planck PR3 CMB lensing likelihood. lensing-PR4: Planck PR4 CMB lensing likelihood.
