Whole Genome Sequencing and Assembly of Enterococcus faecalis Resistant to Linezolid. Enterococcus faecalis

This project aims to investigate the genomic characteristics of Enterococcus faecalis strains that exhibit resistance to linezolid. The strains were isolated from clinical samples and analyzed using whole genome sequencing (WGS) to identify resistance mechanisms, mobile genetic elements, and potential biomarkers. The assembled genomes and raw sequencing data are provided for further comparative analysis and antimicrobial resistance studies
