We performed transcriptomic profiling to investigate the potential mechanisms underlying the impaired endometrial stromal development in Tcf21-deficient uteri. Overall design: We performed RNA sequencing on uterine tissues collected from 6-week-old, body weight–matched Tcf21^f/f^ (control) and Tcf21^d/d^ (conditional knockout) female mice (n = 3 per group). The goal was to investigate the potential downstream target genes regulated by TCF21 involved in uterine development. Each sample represents an individual biological replicate. No treatment was applied prior to tissue collection. Control and experimental samples were processed simultaneously to minimise batch effects.
