The study comprised 97 patients with totally resected stage IA-IIIA lung adenocarcinoma. Patients suffering from an early relapse within two years after surgery were compared to patients without a relapse in two years. Overall design: Bisulphite converted DNA from the 97 samples were hybridized to the Illumina MethylationEPIC Beadchip. Data from 9 donors have to be excluded from the study due to insufficient clinical information
