HAADF STEM images and example analysis code for "Mapping Nanoscale Buckling in Atomically Thin Cr2Ge2Te6", published open access in Advanced Functional Materials, https://doi.org/10.1002/adfm.202526564.raw_data: HAADF STEM images of (graphene-encapsulated) monolayer Cr2Ge2Te6, displaying unusual variations in apparent crystal structure. Gatan *.dm3 file format, can be opened using open source Hyperspy python package (https://hyperspy.org/rosettasciio/index.html).analysis code: Sequential series of python scripts which matches patches of the denoised raw images to simulated images of tilted Cr2Ge2Te6 , and reconstructs the height map which best matches the observed local tilts.
