Reproducibility materials for the manuscript "When the Same Content Produces Different Updates:A Permission-to-Update Theory of Admissible Operator Selection” The archive contains the complete GSE85243 reanalysis materials, including analysis code, parsed analysis inputs, per-sample routing and load tables, exact label-permutation null distributions, feature-count sensitivity analyses, operator-aware versus content-only reference analyses, gene-shuffle controls, repeated random disjoint-gene controls, donor/sample-block and metadata/batch audits, figures, run manifests, and Holm family-wise correction calculations. The underlying transcriptomic data were generated by Novakovic et al. (2016) and are publicly available from NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus under accession GSE85243. The original transcriptomic dataset is not redistributed in this record. No new human-subject, clinical, biological experimental, or wet-lab data were generated.
