We performed CITE-Seq on isolated human donor islets cultured 48hrs in the presence or absence of a cytokine cocktail. Major cell types were identified based on gene expression and changes in gene expression in beta cells were examined. Overall design: CITE antibody labeling, cell partitioning and library construction using antibodies from BioLegned and 10x Chrmium 3' technology.
