In our study, Streptomyces salinarius Lun-12, which displayed broad-spectrum antifungal activity against a range of plant pathogens, including Botryosphaeria dothidea, Fusarium moniliforme, Botryosphaeria ribis, Fusarium oxysporum, Alternaria alternata, Didymella bryoniae, Colletotrichum truncatum, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Exserohilum turcicum and has the potential to control a variety of plant diseases. Currently, genomic analysis is used to identifies genes and functions and help classify effectively. Also, Streptomyces species can produce multiple valuable secondary metabolites, their genomes have been extensively explored to discover new bioactive compounds.
