Acremonium terricola cultures dose-response effects on lactational performance and ruminal characteristics in Holstein dairy cows

Acremonium terricola cultures (ATC) has similar functional components to Cordyceps, which are well-known for their nutrient and pharmacological value, therefore ATC could become a new feed additive in dairy cow feeding. The primary aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of feeding increasing amounts of ATC in diets on milk performance and rumen fermentation, and the second aim was to assess the potential effects of high-dose ATC.
