Growth Management - Active Development Applications

For growth management purposes, the active development applications dataset includes all active development applications as of December 31, 2025. Where multiple active development applications exist for the same development, only the most recent application is represented, resulting in a single record per development and preventing double counting of proposed residential units and/or non-residential gross floor area (GFA).为满足增长管理需求，本活跃开发申请数据集涵盖截至2025年12月31日的全部活跃开发申请。若同一开发项目存在多个活跃开发申请，仅收录最新提交的申请，从而确保每个开发项目仅对应一条记录，避免重复统计拟建住宅单元及/或非住宅总建筑面积（Gross Floor Area，GFA）。
