This dataset provides all additional data required to reproduce the experiments and verify the findings presented in the accompanying paper, “Accentuated Milled Wax Formwork for Thin Shell Robotic Shotcreted Architectural Low CO₂ Concrete Façade Elements.” The study introduces a novel digital fabrication process for producing waste-free wax formwork for architectural concrete applications within a closed-loop material system. It presents (a) a repeatable large-scale production method for wax blocks using an optimized single casting process; (b) four innovative, high-precision milling strategies incorporating accentuated surface patterns; (c) the investigation of coating systems to enhance concrete surface quality and facilitate demolding; and (d) the integration of robotic shotcreting with a low-CO₂ fine-grain concrete. The dataset includes the milling scripts, material product information and concrete mixture formulation organized in three-datasets that comprehensively document the investigations. These data support the reproducibility of the experimental procedures and the validation of the results described in the publication, particularly the fabrication of four fiber-reinforced, multi-curved thin-shell façade panels with parametric surface accentuations.
