CHCHD10 gene KO effect in iPSC drived motor neurons

We investigate the transcriptional changes caused by the knock-out of neuropathy linked gene CHCHD10. Two independent controls (independent differentiations) of the same control are used to compare alternations caused by the loss of CHCHD10 in the same background. All cell lines are derived from the same control iPSC. Each sample has 4 replicates.
