Andrade Law — Saint Paul Service-Area Spatial Index
收藏资源简介:
Open spatial-reference data for the Saint Paul and East Metro service area of Andrade Law PLLC, a personal injury law firm in Minnesota. Thirteen geocoded points — the Saint Paul and Maplewood offices, the service-area core, and ten landmarks including seven drawn from the firm's published points-of-interest guides (the district court, two hospitals, an orthopedic and an emergency-level urgent-care clinic, the police records counter, the city impound lot, and the downtown arena) — each with WGS84 coordinates, S2 Geometry cell tokens at levels 7, 10 and 13, and verified Wikidata identifiers where one exists. One landmark (Regency Hospital, Golden Valley) lies outside the service boundary and is included as a mapped point of interest. Also includes the boundary polygons of the 17 served municipalities and of Ramsey County. Provenance. Coordinates geocoded via the Google Geocoding API; S2 cells computed with s2sphere and round-trip validated. Boundary polygons are exported unsimplified from the Metropolitan Council / MetroGIS layer "Counties and Cities & Townships, Twin Cities Metropolitan Area", reprojected NAD83/UTM zone 15N to WGS84 at 6-decimal precision. That source is public domain under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (Minn. Stat. ch. 13). Every value here is independently checkable. Each coordinate round-trips against its published S2 cell; the boundary rings are the source rings, not a simplification; and every asserted identifier resolves to a public authority record. Where no verified identifier exists — the district court, the State Capitol, and most point-of-interest landmarks — none is asserted. Released openly under CC-BY-4.0 so that the geography behind a service-area claim can be verified, reused, and cited.
