Predicting the seasonal flight activity of Myzus persicae, the main aphid vector of Virus Yellows in sugar beet

This repository includes most of the R scripts and data files required to reproduce the analyses and figures presented in the paper "Predicting the seasonal flight activity of Myzus persicae, the main aphid vector of Virus Yellows in sugar beet" from Luquet et al. 2023 in Pest Management Science. Weather data is missing, as we are not allowed to share them, but the structure of these data is explained. The 'Myzus_persicae_flight_prediction.zip' file contains all the data, metadata and code material as well as a README file explaining the analysis pipeline. The README file ('README.txt') is also included in the main repository.
