RNA sequencing slc2a10 KO and KI zebrafish model

For the slc2a10 KO and slc2a10 KI zebrafish models, each experiment consists of 5 pools containing each 30 mutant (KO or KI) zebrafish embryos and were compared against 5 pools of 30 wild type control cousins. All RNA extractions were performed at 5 dpf. The RNeasy Mini kit (Qiagen, Hilden, Germany) was used according to the guidelines of the manufacturer. Next generation sequencing libraries were generated following the protocol of the manufacutrer (TruSeq Stranded Total RNA kit, Illumina, San Diego, USA) and sequenced on a NovaSeq6000 instrument (Illumina).
