Targeted Rehab Boundaries

The Targeted Repair Program (TRP) is intended to preserve and improve residential properties that meet qualifying criteria focused on issues unique to the place, property condition, owner, or other targeted element. The Targeted Rehab Program (TRP) is a set of grants offered by the City of Dallas Department of Housing and Community Development to improve the exterior appearance of homes in specific Dallas neighborhoods, including the Tenth Street Historic District and West Dallas. This program is for single-family homes. This feature layer shows the boundaries of the West Dallas and Historic Tenth Street geographic target areas and are used to geographically qualify households for the program.
