Apple Cuticle Authenticity Marker Database
收藏资源简介:
FileS1: Database of fragmentation spectra of wax esters identified in apple cuticle. The included wax esters and hydroxy wax esters showed significant differences between geographical origin (Czech Republic, Poland). TableS1: Identification of metabolites used for geographical origin classification of apple cultivar ‘Gala’. Markers are in descending order according to the AUC ROC value. The log2 FC value indicates whether the marker is increased in Czech samples (log2 FC > 0) or in Polish samples (log2 FC < 0). TableS2: Identification of metabolites used for geographical origin classification of apple cultivar ‘Golden Delicious’. Markers are in descending order according to the AUC ROC value. The log2 FC value indicates whether the marker is increased in Czech samples (log2 FC > 0) or in Polish samples (log2 FC < 0). TableS3: Identification of metabolites used for geographical origin classification of apple cultivar ‘Idared’. Markers are in descending order according to the AUC ROC value. The log2 FC value indicates whether the marker is increased in Czech samples (log2 FC > 0) or in Polish samples (log2 FC < 0). The dataset is a part of Supplementary file for the manuscript: Bechynska K., Sedlak J., Uttl L., Kosek V., Vackova P., Kocourek V., Hajslova J.: Metabolomics on Apple (Malus domestica) Cuticle—Search for Authenticity Markers.
