Through transcriptome sequencing analysis, the influence of SrtA deficiency on the biological characteristics of the strain and its potential molecular mechanism were investigated. This not only helps to deepen the understanding of SrtA in the functional regulation of probiotics, but also provides theoretical support for the optimization screening and application of probiotics.
