Our laboratories are collecting a global panel of P. aeruginosa lytic phages to use them in durable therapeutic cocktails. Here, we describe the genomes of phages KEN19, KEN49 and KEN51 isolated in Kenya. These phages were isolated in 2021 from sewage in Nairobi, using for enrichment P. aeruginosa ATCC 10145 (KEN19 and KEN51) and MRSN 3705 (KEN49).
