Leading funding source for consumers buying residential property Indonesia Q2 2024

In the second quarter of 2024, around 75.5 percent of consumers in Indonesia financed their residential property purchase by taking a house ownership loan. In comparison, around seven percent of consumers purchased their property in cash.
