Effects of different hosts on larvae and pupae of Bactrocera cucurbitae ( Coquillett)

By comparing the differences in apparent characteristics, substance content and transcriptomic gene expression between mature larvae and pupae of Bactrocera cucurbitae (Coquillett) larvae after feeding on different hosts, this study aims to explore the differences in related gene expression before and after feeding on pupae of different hosts. This study provided molecular biological data for exploring the mechanism of apparent characteristics of Bactrocera cucurbitae (Coquillett) pupae affected by different hosts.
