资源简介:
The estimated VMS values depend on pore distribution (shape, size, and location), porosity, and material properties. The parameters for fitting the equation include pore shape, size, location, porosity, effective CTE, and effective molecular mass. An empirically fit equation is derived to estimate the VMS value for any pore’s shape, size, location, porosity, and material properties. The equation can be used to predict the VMS value for any ceramic-metal composite material combinations. An empirical linear equation is also derived to predict effective CTE as a function of micro-structure (shape, size, location, and porosity) and material type (effective molecular mass). An artificial intelligence (AI) model viz polynomial regression is used for fitting the non-linear multi-variate equation. The equation is fitted with a set of 88 data points, with 87 data points used for training and 1 data point used for testing. A non-linear equation for VMS prediction and linear function for effective CTE is derived.
