Data Description and Naming ConventionThe raw GC-MS data files are categorized into three batches corresponding to distinct clinical centers, identified by unique file prefixes: supsh1 (Center 1), sh2 (Center 2), and sz (Center 3).Sample groups are distinguished by their suffix structure:Hemodialysis Patients (Paired): Identified by a timepoint suffix. Files ending in .1 represent pre-dialysis samples (e.g., supsh1.1.1, sz1.1), while files ending in .2 represent post-dialysis samples (e.g., supsh1.1.2, sz1.2).Healthy Controls: Identified by the absence of a timepoint suffix (e.g., supsh1.1, sz1).A total of approximately 20 paired patient samples and 10-12 healthy controls were collected from each center.
